Introducing Little Life Lessons: Empowering Kids with Wisdom for Life
Hi, friends—Lana here!
I’m beyond excited to finally share something that’s been growing in my heart for quite some time. It’s more than a book… it’s a mission. A passion project. A movement. And today, it’s officially ready to meet the world.
Say hello to Little Life Lessons—a children’s book series designed to teach big wisdom to little hearts.

Where It All Began
As a mom, entrepreneur, author, and lifelong student of personal growth, I’ve spent years diving deep into the concepts that help us live fuller, more intentional lives—things like gratitude, respect, responsibility, money mindset, emotional intelligence, and love. I’ve explored how thoughts create reality, how habits shape identity, and how little shifts in perspective can create big magic.
But somewhere along the way, I had this thought:
What if we didn’t wait until adulthood to learn these lessons?
What if we could teach our kids from the very beginning?
That’s how Little Life Lessons was born.
What Is Little Life Lessons?
Little Life Lessons is a beautifully illustrated book series for children ages 7 to 11, crafted to gently introduce essential life concepts that often get overlooked in traditional education. Each book in the series is like a conversation between a wise, caring friend and a curious child—breaking down complex ideas into relatable, empowering truths.
The First Book: What Is Money & Why Do We Need It?
We’re kicking things off with a topic every parent has probably been asked:
“What is money, anyway?”
In What Is Money & Why Do We Need It?, kids explore the origins, value, and purpose of money—how we earn it, use it, save it, and how to think about it with responsibility and intention. It’s not just about dollars and cents; it’s about understanding energy exchange, respect for resources, and the importance of making thoughtful choices.
We talk about earning, giving, budgeting, and even the emotional side of money—because let’s be real, money carries energy, and the earlier kids can learn a healthy relationship with it, the better!
This book sets the tone for the entire series: honest, fun, wise, and totally child-appropriate.
Why Kids Need These Lessons Now
We live in a world where our kids are exposed to so much—information, media, social pressures, and rapid change. But very few tools exist that help them process it all through the lens of personal values and self-awareness.
Little Life Lessons fills that gap. These books help children develop:
- Critical thinking
- Emotional intelligence
- Personal responsibility
- Gratitude and empathy
- Confidence and clarity
And they’re not preachy. They’re playful, engaging, and created with love.
These books are meant to start conversations at bedtime, at the dinner table, in classrooms and car rides. They’re invitations to connect—with our kids, and with the kind of people we’re helping them become.
What Makes This Series Different?
There are plenty of adorable storybooks out there—but Little Life Lessons brings something truly unique to the bookshelf:
- Real-world life skills: We cover topics like money, respect, responsibility, gratitude, and love in a way kids can actually understand and apply.
- A consistent, relatable narrator: Each book features the same curious, relatable child guide who walks kids through the topic like a trusted friend.
- Interactive elements: From reflection questions to journaling prompts to challenges kids can try in real life, these books go beyond passive reading.
- Vibrant, inclusive illustrations: We’re building a visual world kids can see themselves in—diverse, joyful, and real.
- A holistic approach: It’s not just about “teaching” kids—it’s about empowering them to think, feel, and choose wisely.

Final Thoughts
I believe that when we empower children with real tools, gentle guidance, and the freedom to be curious, they rise to the occasion.
We don’t have to wait until they’re older to talk about money, respect, love, or responsibility. In fact, the earlier we start, the better prepared they’ll be to live fulfilling, conscious lives.
Thank you for being here. Thank you for believing in this vision with me. Together, we’re not just raising kids—we’re raising future leaders, healers, and change-makers.
Let’s teach them the lessons that really matter.
With love,
Lana 💛
