    Perfect 40! How to Live Your Best Life and Age with Grace and Wisdom by Lana Shabdeen is a great book that helps people who get surprised they are entering a new era they might not be prepared for. Aging is an unpleasant fact. There is nothing you can do to stop or control it. However, you have control over how you perceive it. Our attitude towards things is what matters most, and this is what you will learn through the book. The writer does a great job preparing the reader for new phases of life. I believe this can help with any phase, not just the forties. The book is realistic and discusses many practical topics that people can face during such a phase. It discusses debts, finances, taking care of parents, emotional struggles, and much more. You can grab this book to get all the amazing information it provides.

    I like how realistic the book is. It addresses important topics and provides practical solutions. It helps set your mind in the right direction. I believe if your mind is in the right direction, everything comes easily after that. I like how the book removes the fear of aging and death while you go through its pages. I like that the writer discusses the ideas that are usually in people’s heads but never come out. This teaches you that you’re not alone. I recommend the book to people who are having thoughts about getting older. This can help you get prepared and organized. If you don’t have those thoughts yet, it’s never too early to start thinking.

    I guess a majority of us don’t want to age, but sadly, it’s inevitable. It seems this book offers readers a refreshing perspective about growing older.

  • A must read

    A down to earth, easy to comprehend workbook, written with simplicity and honesty. 
    I found it a realistic look at life when you reach the magical age of forty. It is an inspirational guidebook that not only takes you on a journey of self-awareness but also a valuable reference book. 
    Useful for anyone who needs re- assurance of accepting the reality of middle age and an encouraging look at life itself.
    I found it motivating and non-judgmental on accepting the challenges of growing up, while the exercises
    at the end of each chapter keeps you focused on one’s progress. I particularly liked the part where the author touches on the stages of life where fear, insecurity and peer pressure plays a major role in one’s development.
    The techniques described are very helpful to look at the positive side of situations that you may come across in 
    certain stages in life. 
    Commendable work from this aspiring author… Looking forward to more self-help workbooks!
