Getting out of a crazy cycle! How do you break a destructive cycle?
Have you ever felt that you are experiencing the same problem over and over and over again in your life. No matter how hard you try getting out of it, you fail. Or, you want to make a big life change, but it seems that there is no way out, no way to forget or forgive, no way for you to change things in your life.
For example, you are in a lot of debt, you try making payments on time, you try your best to pay it all down, you get loans to combine the credits, and so on. But you never see an end to the problem, whatever the problem may be. Let’s say you desperately want another job, and are going crazy thinking about it. You do your best, you review your resume, revise it 100 times, you review your interview pitch every single time, and you still can’t land that job. Have you ever felt this way?

But because you want this so badly, you can’t stop thinking about it. You think about it before going to bed, and you think of it first thing in the morning! It overtakes your life. If you have felt this way or are feeling this way, there is a way out. Take my word for it, the solution is quite easy once you get the hang of it.
There is a solution…

In fact, the best thing about the solution is that it’s very simple. The hard part is actually continuing to live in the negative cycle you’ve been suffering in all this time.
So, to get out of that cycle, that constant headache that won’t let you live and enjoy your precious life – just replace that thought with something else. Shut that annoying thought down and replace it by thinking about something more interesting. It’s easy to switch it off once it comes to mind. The main idea is to totally STOP thinking about that problem. Once you stop thinking about it, you allow the problem to solve itself. Whichever way is best for you, it will work itself out.
If you want a new job, start your own side hustle, and earn some extra money. So many people have had no choice but to start their own hustle when they were laid off during the Covid-19 pandemic. And they were amazed at how much happier they were when they did that. All of them I’m sure wished they’d started this earlier. It brought them more income, and more time for themselves and their families. And most importantly they are now doing what they really enjoy!
Never doubt yourself, you only have one you!
